Guadalupe “Lupe” Salas, of Kenedy, TX  born on September 16, 1931 in Runge, TX to Ismael Salas and Manuela Sanchez Salas passed away on October 18, 2019 at the age of 88. Lupe was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings; and her brother-in-law, Manuel Rodriguez. She is survived by her sister: Estella Rodriguez, of Pleasanton, TX; her common-law husband, Dolores Rojas of Kenedy, TX; brother-law- Pedro Vasquez and sister-in-law: Adelfa Salas; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 25, 2019 from 1:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00p.m. at Eckols Chapel. Funeral services Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 10:00a.m. at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church with interment to follow in Loma Alta Cemetery. Pallbearers: Raymond Salas, Christian Acevedo, John Acevedo, Eddie Salas, Esteban Ximenez and Justo Ximenez.
