Rose Ann Titzman Foegelle, age 86, of Kenedy, TX passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, August 30, 2026.  She was born to John and Eleanor Keller Titzman on February 27, 1940, in Fashing, TX.  Rose Ann married Richard John Foegelle in April 1961, and they had three daughters. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and active in her children’s and grandchildren’s lives.  She enjoyed entertaining and socializing with friends and family.  She loved gardening and spent time canning, which she passed down to her daughters.  Camping, hunting and fishing with her family were some of her favorite pastimes. She was also known for her attendance at sporting events.  Her daughters always knew she would be in the stands cheering, and this did not change with her grandchildren.  Attending their sporting events was a top priority and it was never too far to travel.  Her greatest passion was sewing and quilting.  She loved making clothes for her girls and later for her grandkids.  She made quilts for each grandchild and many baby blankets for friends and family.  Her grandkid’s favorite request was her famous chicken and dumplings, and she never missed a chance to make it.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Clem Titzman, Raymond Titzman, Felix Titzman, Archie Titzman and sister, Emerance Titzman Gawlik.  She is survived by her husband Richard, daughters, Brenda (Timothy) Moczygemba, Elizabeth (Paul) Vick, Michelle Hoyt, grandchildren, Justin (Amanda) Moczygemba, Matthew Moczygemba, Tyler Hackney, Blake Vick, Ryan Vick, Kristina Hoyt, Richard Hoyt, great grandchildren, Bentley Hackney, Victoria Hackney and Adaleine Hernandez and brother Lambert Titzman.

Visitation will be held Thursday, September 3, 2026 from 7:30 A.M. to 8:30 A.M., with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 8:30 A.M. and the Celebration of Funeral Mass at 9:00 A.M. at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Kenedy, TX.  Interment will follow in the St. Boniface Cemetery in Hobson, TX.
