Otto was born March 6, 1932 in Gonzales, Texas the son of Otto Frank Krause, Sr., and Gertrude DeJardo Krause. He is survived by his wife, Anita Garcia Krause; his children, Juanita (Johnny) Munoz, Jimmy (Claudia) Krause and Otto (Phyllis) Krause, III; his 9 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held, 6-8 PM, Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013 in the Eckols Chapel, Kenedy Texas. Funeral services will be held, Monday, Oct. 14, 2013 also in the chapel. Interment will follow in the Pawnee Cemetery, Pawnee, Texas.
