Toby is preceded in death by his father. Toby is survived by: his wife: Rebecca White Longoria, of Kenedy, TX, his infant daughter: Finley Reign Longoria of Kenedy,TX, his mother: Norma Longoria, of Kenedy,TX; paternal grandmother: Frances Longoria of Kenedy,TX; In Laws: Herman and Janet White of Kenedy,TX; sister: Brittany (Seth) Hughes of Wichita Falls,TX; nephew: Everett Hughes; brother: Anthony (Megan) Longoria of Blanco,TX; nephew: Eli Longoria and niece: Haley Longoria; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 20, 2019 from 9:00a.m. t0 9:00p.m. at Eckols Funeral Home with a Prayer Service at 7:00p.m. at Eckols Chapel. Graveside services Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 9:45a.m. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with US Army Honors.
