Julia R. Alvarado, Age 59 of Austin, TX passed away surrounded by family at her home in Austin, TX.   Julia was born August 20, 1960 in Karnes City to Dolores and Santos Gonzales Rodriguez. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, a homemaker and of the Catholic Faith.  She is preceded in death by her father Dolores Rodriguez, Sr.  She is survived by her husband, Robert Alvarado, Sr. of Austin; mother Santos G. Rodriguez; sons, Robert Alvarado, Jr and his wife JoAnn of Austin, Leroy Alvarado of Austin, William Alvarado of Austin; sisters, Angie Hernandez of Sugarland, Mary Salas of Kenedy, Rachel Salas of Richmond; brothers, Joe Rodriguez of Kenedy, Dolores Rodriguez, Jr. of Richmond; Oscar Rodriguez of Richmond, George Rodriguez of Richmond, Lupio Rodriguez of Kenedy; grandchildren, William Alvarado, Jr., Lily Ann Alvarado, Natalia Alvarado, Gabriela Alvarado, Arianna Alvarado, Ethan Tate Alvarado and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Holy Rosary will be recited Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at 7PM in the Eckols Chapel. Graveside Services with Interment will be Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at 2PM at Ntra Sra De Guadalupe Cemetery in Pawnee, TX with the Rev. Norbert Hermann officiating.
