Lottie Moses Payne, of Kenedy,TX  born on February 5, 1932 in Sugarland, TX to Burl Moses and Nellie Morris Moses passed away on March 12, 2019 at the age of 87. Mrs. Payne was preceded in death by her husband Elvin Payne in February of 2012. She is survived by her daughter Jackie Ruthledge of Kenedy,TX; her son, Wiley (Debbie) Payne of Portland,TX; 8 grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren; 5 Great Grandchildren; sister, Mary Ruth Moses of Austin,TX;and other relatives. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 14, 2019 from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at Eckols Chapel. Funeral services Friday, March 15, 2019 at 2:00p.m. at Eckols Chapel with Rev.
